For online confirmed bookings, an advance amount needs to be paid by the customer online while booking. The advance amount is based on the estimated total cost.
Zero Refund Policy
All bookings made with us are non-refundable under normal circumstances. Once your trip is confirmed and payment is received, no monetary refund will be issued in case of cancellation, delay, or change in travel plans — regardless of the reason (including weather conditions, illness, or personal emergencies).
This policy is in place due to the advance arrangements and third-party commitments involved in organizing your trip.

Booking Process

- The advance amount is paid directly to hotels, transport providers (sightseeing, pickup/drop), and other service vendors to secure your itinerary.
- Zero Booking Amount will be refunded once the booking is confirmed.
Zero Refund Policy
All bookings made with us are non-refundable under standard circumstances. Once the trip is confirmed and payment is received, no refund will be issued in case of:
- Trip cancellation
- Delays
- Change of travel plans
- Personal emergencies
- Weather disturbances
This is due to our prior financial commitments with hotels, taxi services, and activity partners.
Pickup & Drop Policy
- Group/Public Bookings: Pickup and drop are arranged from landmark locations within 200–300 meters of the hotel for ease of coordination.
- Private Sightseeing or Individual Transfers: Pickup and drop will be provided directly from/to the hotel entrance including railway station and airport transfers.
Trip Voucher (Subject to Approval)
In select genuine cases, and at our sole discretion, we may provide a trip voucher equivalent to the paid amount. This voucher can be used to reschedule or book a future trip with us within a specified validity period.
Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Vouchers must be requested at least 48 hours before the original trip date.
Final decision rests with the management and will be communicated in writing.
Important Notes
No-shows and last-minute cancellations will not be eligible for any voucher or refund.
Refunds will not be entertained for inclusions not used voluntarily or missed due to late arrivals.
Refund Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be made in the same mode of payment used for the booking.
Sea Activities No Refund Policy:
Please note that there is a no refund policy for sea activities. All bookings for sea activities are final, and in the event of cancellations, no refund will be provided.
4. Fair Weather Conditions Clause
All water-based activities are subject to fair weather conditions and approvals from local authorities. Goa Tour Packages reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any activity at short notice due to adverse weather conditions or warnings from higher authorities. In such cases, customers may reschedule their activity, but refunds will not be provided.
