The following refund and cancellation policy applies to all bookings made with us:
- Booking Process:
- A booking can be made up to 180 days in advance of the activity.
- Bookings can be done through our Website & WhatsApp Chat.
- For online confirmed bookings, an advance amount needs to be paid by the customer online while booking. The advance amount is based on the estimated total cost.
- All bookings require an advance amount to confirm.
- The advance amount is paid directly to hotels, transport providers (sightseeing, pickup/drop), and other service vendors to secure your itinerary.
- Zero Booking Amount will be refunded once the booking is confirmed.
- Zero Refund Policy
All bookings made with us are non-refundable under normal circumstances. Once your trip is confirmed and payment is received, no monetary refund will be issued in case of cancellation, delay, or change in travel plans — regardless of the reason (including weather conditions, illness, or personal emergencies).
This policy is in place due to the advance arrangements and third-party commitments involved in organizing your trip. - Pickup & Drop Policy
Group/Public Bookings: Pickup and drop are arranged from landmark locations within 200–300 meters of the hotel for ease of coordination.
Private Sightseeing or Individual Transfers: Pickup and drop will be provided directly from/to the hotel entrance including railway station and airport transfers. - Trip Voucher (Subject to Approval)
In select genuine cases, and at our sole discretion, we may provide a trip voucher equivalent to the paid amount. This voucher can be used to reschedule or book a future trip with us within a specified validity period.
Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Vouchers must be requested at least 48 hours before the original trip date.
Final decision rests with the management and will be communicated in writing.
- Important Notes
No-shows and last-minute cancellations will not be eligible for any voucher or refund.
Refunds will not be entertained for inclusions not used voluntarily or missed due to late arrivals.

- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be made in the same mode of payment used for the booking.
- Sea Activities No Refund Policy:
- Please note that there is a no refund policy for sea activities. All bookings for sea activities are final, and in the event of cancellations, no refund will be provided.
- Weather and Activity Rescheduling:
- All water activities are subject to “Fair Weather” conditions. Therefore, it is fully possible that there can be last-minute cancellations due to warnings from higher authorities or adverse weather conditions. In case of bad weather conditions, you can postpone your activity date, but the booking amount is non-refundable.
